At Bird Gang Threads, every piece of gear is handcrafted with Philly pride for true Eagles fans. We take time to make sure your order looks fire before it ships — quality and authenticity come first.

🕒 Processing Time

Every order is made-to-order and processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume drops or sales, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

We currently ship across the United States, straight from Philly, the heart of Bird Gang Nation.

📦 Order Tracking

You’ll receive tracking info once your package ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

🦅 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control.
Bird Gang Threads is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If this happens, please reach out to the carrier first. Need help? Contact us at BirdGameThread@Gmail.com and we’ll help you file a claim.
